My name is Geir Hansen

I am a photographer from Norway, living in Jevnaker.  I work as a freelance photographer and also sells photographs. On this site you will see some of my work. I also founded Hringariki Photo Society which is a meeting place for local photographers and modells.

Geir points his camera against the open landscape or the small details and in the transition to the abstract he creates poetry in his images.

Through the camera, Geir paints light and shadows and conveys joy, melancholy and his strong ties to nature with his distinctive form of expression.
